I've acted as a content designer, digital marketer, and social media strategist for a variety of different clients. These brands vary from hip and fun (a boba tea shop) to informative and serious (a marketing blog, a shipping business) to somewhere in between (a tech company, an edtech startup). Maintaining the design system and brand voice, I was able to create unique content that pops. My content has increased social media engagement and brought a Net Promoter Score from 2 to 8.

I contracted for a business that had three different brands: R&B, a boba shop, A-sha, a snack counter, and Sweet Box, a Vietnamese desserts shop. I acted as a digital marketing manager for the three brands, working with the store manager to create content and post on their social media and website. This included static and animated graphics for Instagram and Facebook and videos and reels for TikTok and Instagram. I wrote copy for the posts, combining the captions and the designs to create welcoming, fun content that suits the brands and the briefs the shop provided me, in both English and Vietnamese.
