Here are a few research papers I've written.
During spring and summer term of my Masters (February - May 2022), I created a speculative research and design project exploring how to apply futures thinking to the concept of a public library to create a regenerative community. This is my process journal detailing my thinking and eventual conclusion.
This is my dissertation for my Master's degree in Design Products, written February - June 2022. I explored the topic of perceived 'friendliness' of museums, comparing and contrasting two museums in London, the Victoria & Albert and the British Museum. The dissertation background includes a literature review, ethnographic research, and observational studies. From my observations, I then constructed archetypes of typical museum goers, and also compared the design and layout of the museums (including branding and architecture) to form conclusions about how that impacts acessibility and acceptance.
